Shipping & Returns
As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment and may take up to 15 days. The shipment is made through transport and logistics companies of recognized prestige. Package returns will not be accepted unless the product has arrived in poor condition due to our fault, in this case they must write to the address email@example.com, with the details of the order, photos of it and the reason why you want to make the return. Our return team will study the case and once the return is accepted, you will be informed of our address to send us the package and make the return effective, the return costs will be initially assumed by the customer, once the package has arrived at our facilities, it will be reviewed and if everything is correct, they will be replaced, paying the return costs to the customer.
